Agreement between Market Data Analytics (MDA) and its valued customers.

A business transaction by the rule-book is always seamless. At Market Data Analytics (MDA), we value customer experience the most. To ensure a hassle-free experience, we have laid down these terms. By placing an order with MDA, you agree to abide by these conditions.

Electronic Communications

Trust is built on communication. When you visit our site or email us, it is deemed electronic communication. We will correspond via email, notices, or website announcements, all of which satisfy legal writing requirements.

Intellectual Property

All text, graphics, images, statistics, and analysis in our reports are the sole property of MDA, protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized sharing with third parties is strictly prohibited.

License & Access

We grant limited access to our content which can be revoked at any time. Resale, data mining via robots, or defaming MDA and its associates will lead to immediate legal action.

Accuracy & Credibility

Our analysts use proven methods for research. While we strive for 100% accuracy, MDA does not warrant that all content is free of errors. We continuously strive to provide the highest quality data.

Third Party Content

We may use third-party tools or links. MDA is not responsible for the quality or any damage (monetary or electronic) incurred due to third-party content.

Indemnity

Losses incurred at a personal or professional front are the customer's responsibility. MDA and its associates are not bound by any legal liabilities for such losses.

Delivery and Payments

Orders are processed only after full payment. Under no circumstances do we encourage balance payments. It takes 3-5 business days to process the order. Reports are delivered via email (Digital) and postal mail (Physical copy).

Refund Policy: MDA does not reimburse payments. Instead, we provide MDA Credits of equivalent value, valid for one year.

Law of the Land

By entering into an agreement with us, you agree to abide by the laws and regulations laid down by the Government of India and the Government of Maharashtra. Any disputes will be settled under these jurisdictions.
